From the soul of an earthworm to the value of a rat life ...
Sezierkurs leaves me at the university, and I can say "as expected", no peace.
I have every Prapärationsschritt fear of doing something wrong to destroy something. Even when we are done long ago, and even the "Disposal" I'm careful.
I am very happy with our teacher, because I have already experienced so crass, but it has itself apparently a lot of respect for life, for it showed us even in the flatworms (perhaps NEN half inches in length and simply in sink could wash away) indicated that they are living creatures, and after the course, the animals were again exposed in the wild, where they were captured. A job that is certainly not because of any such "primitive" micro-organisms would make.
after tomorrow is waiting for the section of a grasshopper on us. I feel ambivalent me: I am both very glad that the price covers only very little with which I have already done, because then the death of the animals the best possible learning experience for me, but then I feel too unprepared; us so no one says how to do something very well, we "will make a stop." In Tübingen
we had after all a very helpful reader, I've also just picked up again from the sidelines. Now I find it only at how little I have from the course at that time "taken away" really. If I have learned one thing from my new beginning, then it is that I do not longer so easily ignored, half do or even my documents after passing the written exam throw away (I miss those documents now all painful. = ().
I have sooo much forgotten or never noticed before. Well, that is forgotten after four years Although probably not a shame it's sad when I think back to the animals that are dead to me since all this I now know much more to appreciate... (
Otherwise, just as my thoughts go through your head like: How much is a life actually worth when animals are killed just for a demonstration effect I find that very sad;? prepared slides, pictures and models but would also (and better) Show how it looks. I have to say as that I now see Tübingen different because there we have dissected a lot less than we do here. We often had "only" a freshly dead animal that was passed around to see something specific / feel, otherwise we had a lot of prepared slides for microscopy.
Overall I think just a shame that small body size means as often as low life value. If we were to dissect a bouquet, which would surely make more vertebrae than the chicken, or a horse more than the rat cause a stir. This is such nonsense. I notice but especially at the course itself, especially in the earthworm ... passes through the slicing and preparing me such an animal very close, and I was very impressed with how complex such a worm is already built, with brain and blood circulation and all. In one thinks otherwise simply not yield. But whether this is enough really been a reason, to justify a course? I think not.
When I think that so much is, I get very discouraged. I feel like I would wear every week for more blood on their hands. Especially to animals, I have a unspeakably bad conscience. Sometimes I almost cry when I caress my rats Phoebe or "hello" say, because it is such a hypocritical double standard ... one part sweet, warm and soft and the other on the dissecting table, sitting, with the bloody Bone shears in hand.
But precisely for this reason I want to be a teacher, I do not want to appear arrogant, but I think I look forward to life, a respect that is worthy to be taught to others, it is always important for people to be convey that we can not continue as Pasha may make our environment and exploit. Every being has a right to but its existence here, and it is more important than ever to relay that. And not only from the selfish reasons that we might otherwise be worse off. But because it should be common sense. Because we already burned out of compassion not ants, battery cages or dog suspend support should. Of course I
will not move a large amount of students to spiders in cups to take out of the apartment, just because I have them held a bioethics lecture.
course of my courses are not more vegetarian than to go out of Lord X '"I do not care, meat is tasty" - fair.
But perhaps I can put small plots of small stones, which are capable of anything. I can set an example at least that it can be different than just "not care". I get the chance to arguments. And last but not least you have a teacher as a role model, even if it is not even so will still want to be seen by students as an example, it happens.
The theme Sezierkurs will probably accompany me the whole semester by acute, probably far beyond. Why not?
But to come again to speak to the university itself (I know I am very diffuse, but whatever): in general I am always happy with the new beginning, but I also feel incredibly stressed out and having a enormous amount of material face; which is ridiculous when you consider that I Bio once had been (if before age 4 and has long been forgotten, at least I vaguely remember and I have the tag all already heard and understood) unc I chemical not really follow, because I still hope that I my course will be counted. In English all more or less new to me. From next week it comes to syntax, that is finally something that I had before, everything else is new territory.
fun I've won a lot, and I bloom here very much! Especially with Jule in English for me to feel totally cool, I like to sign up and tell also like what, I come before me no longer timid. I like to prepare (I have never liked to!), I'm learning now eagerly. In short, I am a completely new student. And very happy about.
have only depends I do that it still is not enough, I can absolutely nothing to estimate, as expected, just something is exactly what is required. This makes me very insecure and restless.
I'm curious to see how this turns out even the first semester. I look forward to the move, on Christmas, the holidays. I also hope that I can get rid of a little since then the feeling that the stuff I was passed permanent.
Yes. So much for my impressions today. Maybe I'll write more soon again. To friends and such. But for now it's enough for now. One thing I might just say: I miss my friends who are like me. I've got really only Jule. Kat
I miss a little. The time to study here. Cultural Studies in a threesome would be awesome.

Unistart!
Hooray, Hooray, Yippee and yay! So tomorrow is finally the right one, true start to university life! Although
I actually would have no reason to get excited because I have a start of the semester and even seven times already witnessed. Anyway. This is indeed now my new start, my second chance. Since I am very nervous and excited! And I'm looking animal!
I can still remember how I wrote last year in the spring, namely, in the lectures in Tübingen, was sitting alone, was because Sarah is no longer there and Oli eh never be over looked, and on the side letters to my dear internet friend Jules, the times had asked, as at the university was actually Sun
then I would never have guessed that it would ever come so different than I thought. I just know that I did in education lecture Buffy wrote about and that I would find it very nice when Jules and I could experience this together, as Buffy and Willow.
And then, in autumn, came the thing with the training and I remember Dennis, Julie and I were sitting in the room with Dennis and a solution sought and the Internet on the website of the University of Kiel around reading. I know that I thought at the time: "Too bad we do not live close to each other, then we could be best friends at the university and talked about it and so". And later I thought it would be very cool if we could study English together. But that was not true. Once there was the distance, then the fact that English teachers what else was as an English master, and thirdly, that I was already so far in the study.
I think the happiness that I had here is a very rare and valuable chance: Because I duke, broke the distance problem, then I should start over and that at the Bachelor, because state examination no longer was. Bachelor and different times not only for teaching and non-teaching position.
And so I am now landed here, with my wife in Barmissen, polythene at the CAU in the new bachelor's degree, which is now the second year offered. I know that I will be waiting for the first time in Bio nothing new, since I still know all of Tübingen. climb in English I tomorrow but directly with an introductory lecture on linguistics, in front of me a little bit gray. But since I'm with Jule, so I need as surely not to be afraid, we are then finally two attentive brain, which is certainly rich.
Film Studies ago I was already a little scared, but I'm positively excited. =)
And when I think how I was when I started in Tübingen as polythene, I know I've matured a lot since then, and when people starting now, so are like those with whom I did started, I have nothing to fear. Ertaunlich I find since, as far Jule is already in its independence and so ... somehow she was already so extreme mature when I met her, and I have so often feel that they have a whole lot more than me, yet I'm already come so far since then. In this sense, it will happen to us certainly good at the university. ;)
I am full of optimism and energy and enthusiasm, and I can hardly expect tomorrow, although I'm afraid so.

my father ...
I'm just pretty upset.
My father has now comment for three months no child support paid more. My mother has the extra time set up so that he has the money to her and she told me, because he has paid much less or much too late and more often then yes I would have starved to death several times.
had any case he is with her ever again borrowed money he spent it for hashish, hotlines or single cigarettes. Or what he's all the other debt some tried to settle.
We all had him down repeatedly suggests he should not hesitate even to go for debt counseling because he's very deeply in debt (I know of over 10,000 €). But that's not what he needed, he can indeed alone. Nee, is clear. Meanwhile, he has not even his telephone line (it probably was clipped, because he has not paid the bills) and you can no longer reach him.
My mother had written a letter to him now that he is finally to sign because of maintenance, otherwise they would turn to a lawyer.
Again, no response.
And now I got an email from a woman he For over 25 years, knows the told me concerned that they could not reach him.
Well, now I'm worried that he might be dead.
I then called my mother today, which sounded very depressed and is now called the police. Her part had it really bad, and that makes me incredibly angry at my father. In any case, the police look over there now. But they only call my mother again when they find him dead. Should he be in hospital or simply rumhocken at home and not responding to the post, we know not. Cool system.
Anyway, that sounds so nasty. If it is not dead, he now has my absolute absolute contempt. And there is really no longer much. This man ... I just do not understand him.
I am now really care if he's still alive. He has never contacted me before, and if so, just to tell me how bad he is doing and it's like smoking pot but great.
And then I experience today, as my mother crying on the phone because it makes it all so ready. And then I think: Woe, woe if it all again was only because his people are just completely not care and because he's just as it pleases, no matter what damage it causes it.
That makes me just so angry! Sometimes I would even just love to be a Happy Family. But if the already does not work, then he should stop but at least to do everything still more complicated. And if he is dead, then at least it's all very controlled.
call me bad taste. But I'm simply fed. Just as he deals with everything with money, with his body, with his family ... he really asked for it. And it would just be fair if all finally would have consequences for him.

Jock Strap Bathing Suit
First, it is different, and second, thinks as Severus Snape
Hermine hatte solange an diesem Trank gearbeitet.
Hermine schluckte, bevor she continued. "I wanted to ask her if this drink is brewed correctly - Sir." Severus looked into the kettle, and then asked, "Would it perhaps be kind enough to explain to me what kind of drink is so I can tell you my opinion!" and then quickly disappear into my room .. Severus thought.
"Wait, do I have to first make the potion ready." Hermione took from her bag a water-filled pipette and returned to the boiler. "Two drops of water must be added to the drink is ready," Hermione said and gave the said two drops of water in the boiler.
"It seems to me no drink to be they have already gone through in my teaching, or Miss Granger? "" N-No, Sir, I have found the recipe at random and made some improvements, "she said.
came in just that second life in the boiler, there were drifting soft, white clouds out and formed a dense screening, so that you no longer look into the boiler could. Then something went quiet>> PLOPP>> and it materialized a birthday cake with burning candles sooo many (note the author: I write here now _extra_ not the number of candles forth some respect for age, Bitt 'schon * lol *) it popped again, and suddenly hovered over the boiler is a small, colorful fireworks, which ended after a few seconds in a glittering "Happy Birthday, Professor Snape."
Hermione looked spellbound in the face of her magic potion teacher and was hoping for some visual feedback from heaven, _egal_ WHATSOEVER! Severus swept the confetti scraps from the shoulder and said
"Miss Granger, they might be kind enough to vacate their boiler now from my desk?"
Hermione's heart gave a startled dropouts, they reached up again and said, "Of course sir, right away." Disappointment was not the right word for their feelings at this moment, it was just so much more and they fit all at once. She sighed softly. Professor Snape had risen in the meantime and approached from behind Hermione, without which they would have noticed it until now. Suddenly she felt two hands laid gently on her shoulder and turned around. "Hermione, they know what exactly they as brewed at all? This so-called form-shaping illusion potion is one of the heaviest drinker in our guild. And I will tell here what and woe, I hear they have gossiped-I myself am at a test failed, as I should, as brew a potion.
"you," asked Hermione in disbelief.
"Yes, I do. Instead of a "Happy Easter" lettering was for me a "Happy Oyster (n. Oyster = Oyster).
Hermione had to smile now. "But, Miss Granger, they really do not have to take the trouble to research the correct number of candles on the cake, and I do not even know where they got this information. I hate this hoopla, every year the same thing and always It is a compulsion. I am just contrary to a specific day of the year people get to my house to organize something to eat and every year I have to listen again and again, I am now older and find out for myself Now the first "ailments" plague "He screwed up in this sentence really disgusted right eyebrow.
"And the worst are then the "good intentioned" gifts with which I can anfagen anything. You know, Hermione is well-meant the exact opposite of good, I always like to say.
Now, back to the point they asked me for my opinion. 50 points for Gryffindor "smear soaped" but not for but for the most perfect work "
" Per .. perfect, Sir? "Hermione looked blankly up at Professor Snape." However, this is exactly he said. How long did it? Two weeks ago, I guess? About as long as I've used it, "
" No, sir. Not quite a week. Six days to be exact. "
Now it was Professor Snape surprised to look at Hermione.
"In Merlin, Miss Granger let it be said, I notice it when someone tries to take my place in the teachers 'College' And then he did something that Hermione had never seen in her teacher-he laughed! Severus Snape laughed heartily and said something more serious: "But soon, they have as much as I still know one hours change and I want to Merlin I just can not pull Minerva's anger, because I held it a nice day. still, Miss Granger, "
leaving behind a grin Severus Snape, a totally happy and jittery Hermione Granger and quite insecure and bewildered Minerva McGonnagal, which long wondered why Hermione and Severus put a behavior on the day as Albus Dumbledore, if he had bought fresh lemon drops from Hogsmeade ...
"Strange ..." Minerva murmured still, as she went after work on the way to their rooms.

Food Network Challenge Shows Are Rigged
Klauediklau ...
I do sometimes with the Klaukette!
first The phone rings, who do you want it to be?
Someone I like ... I really enjoy talking to friends on the phone but it usually never happens. So I guess it would be my mom, and I'd really like that, too.
2. When shopping at the grocery store, do you return your cart?
Why wouldn’t I?
3. In a social setting, are you more of a talker or a listener?
It depends. I can listen for quite a while without saying anything, but usually I am the one talking, I think.
4. Do you take compliments well?
Again, it depends… mostly on who is making it and what it is they’re saying. I always like getting compliments, though.
5. Do you play Sudoku?
I used to. Somehow I must have gotten fed up with them at some point, so I started playing Picross instead. And now I would stick to Picross since it is easier and I am not good at being unable to solve a puzzle.
6. If abandoned alone in the wilderness, would you survive?

I guess it was “Reise nach Kuhtel” which we invented… we took chalk and went outsde, where we drew toilets, tables, shops and stuff onto the pavement until we hat drawn a route. 11. Could you date someone with different religious beliefs than you?
